Mina Gereis is a senior Oracle HCM and Payroll consultant with over
25 years of experience delivering complex Oracle EBS and Cloud
implementations across the UK and the Middle East.
He specializes in
payroll, HCM transformation, and end to end system delivery, from
design to post go live support.
He has led high impact implementations for institutions such as the
Bank of England, University of Birmingham, and London Metropolitan
University, consistently achieving near perfect payroll accuracy.
Known for his strong leadership and hands on expertise, Mina drives

Jean Girgis Melika is an IT Director and Cloud Infrastructure
Architect with over a decade of experience designing and managing
complex, scalable technology ecosystems across enterprises,
healthcare, and NGOs.
He specializes in hybrid infrastructure, cloud
migration, and DevOps, with a strong focus on security, reliability,
and performance.
He has led international projects across Egypt, the USA, Zambia, and the Middle East, delivering high impact solutions including large scale cloud migrations, infrastructure hardening, and AI driven systems.
